By accessing or using Selltro, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Selltro after changes means you accept the revised terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and sell a device through Selltro.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Estimated prices shown before registration are based on the condition details you provide and are not final offers.

The final price is determined only after physical verification by a field executive and may differ from the initial estimate if the device's actual condition differs from what was reported.

You agree to allow our field executive to physically inspect the device at the scheduled pickup, including checking functionality, screen condition, and IMEI.

We reserve the right to reject a device if it is found to be stolen, counterfeit, or materially misrepresented.

Payment is made in cash by the field executive at the time of pickup, after you confirm the final price via a one-time password (OTP) sent to your registered email.

You are responsible for ensuring someone is available at the scheduled address and time slot.

You may cancel an order while it is still Pending or Assigned, directly from your account.

Once verification is underway, cancellations require contacting our support team.

Selltro is not liable for any data remaining on a device after sale. Please back up and factory-reset your device before pickup.
