If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google to create your account.

We use your information to calculate device valuations, process orders, schedule pickups, verify transactions via OTP, and communicate order updates.

We do not use your data for purposes unrelated to operating the Selltro platform.

When an order is assigned, the field executive can see your name, contact number, and pickup address — only the information needed to complete your pickup and verification.

Passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing and are never visible to anyone, including our own team.

Sessions are authenticated using secure, httpOnly cookies, and sensitive actions like order confirmation require a one-time password.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in securely. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

You can view and update your profile information at any time from your account settings.
